Mama Sheep and Baby Lamb Photo Art Prints

For Mother’s Day I’m featuring a print pairing of Siggy and Baby Ingrid fine art animal portraits.  Siggy is the mama sheep to baby lamb Ingrid.  Siggy is one of my better known photographs, and Baby Ingrid brings to mind the story of The Little Prince which I wrote about in a recent blog post.

Earlier this year, Siggy’s portrait won entry into 3 national juried art shows!  Unfortunately the exhibits were cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, however one of the shows, The Elephant in the Room at the University of Indiana, Kokomo, was moved to a virtual format online and can be viewed here (https://ugallery0.wixsite.com/theelephantintheroom).

My toddler son loves visiting this mother and baby duo who live nearby, they’re friendly and seem quite content to be going about their days grazing on a casual Livermore, California farm.
