Can a canvas tote be ARTisanal? Most certainly, yes!

Some who know me have begun to notice that I have a thing for photographing sheep. It’s true. And I have to admit that I sort of adore this new, 100% cotton canvas tote bag that I designed and now offer in my online store. The Bertrand Tote features a best-selling photo called ‘Bertrand on Baby’s First Birthday’. Bertrand is a French sheep who lives on a small farm in Manneville-la-Raoult, which is a quaint town in Normandy. You can check out an earlier blog post about this favorite image by clicking here.

The Bertrand Tote is made of sturdy canvas and is a generous size, 14.75”W x 14.75”H {22”H including handles} with a 3.5” gussett, making it a great choice for a carryall. I can fill The Bertrand Tote with heavy groceries or books while toting around an artful, pastoral sensibility…. a kind of je ne sais quoi (did I just go there??).
